Each year the Admissions Committee may elect to place applicants on a waitlist. This list is not ranked. Although we keep waitlisted applicants informed of their status, the Committee will periodically review waitlisted candidates throughout the spring and summer. Please note that we will maintain a waitlist until late August.
There are many things a waitlisted applicant can do to improve their chances of being offered admission to the Law School. An applicant may choose to do one or more of the following:
- Retake the LSAT in June.
- Send an updated or final transcript to LSDAS.
- Submit an additional letter of recommendation.
- Provide an updated resume.
- If the University of Connecticut is your absolute first choice, send us an email to let us know.
Please know that there is no obligation to provide additional information to the Law School.
To preserve your seat on our waitlist you must complete the Waitlist Form below. Please note that should you wish your application to be considered for a seat in the fall 2013, you have an ongoing obligation to inform the Admissions Office of any changes to your application file, including and especially those involving character and fitness, within 15 days of such occurrence.
