The CT Latino News has named the Center for Children's Advocacy (CCA) as one of its "Champions of Change." The CCA was recognized for the work it has accomplished to affect change for Latinos and non-Latinos in Connecticut through volunteerism, policy implementation and the effective use of the legal system.
