The Law School's Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Law Clinic, together with the UConn School of Business Connecticut Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, invite you to attend this presentation and panel discussion.

The event will include a lively discussion about the value of having a patent strategy from the varying perspectives of in-house counsel, patent litigation counsel and the small entrepreneur.

The distinguished panelists include:

  • Mark Farber, founder of the law firm, Farber, LLC and former Vice President and General Counsel, Surgical Devices, a business unit of Covidien
  • Mark J. Abate,  litigation partner, Goodwin Procter LLC
  • Christopher Levesque, biotech entrepreneur, Executive Director and Associate Professor-in-Residence, UConn School of Business Connecticut Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

Moderating the event will be Joseph A. DeGirolamo, Director of the Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Law Clinic and Assistant Clinical Professor of Law.
