Urban Land Fellow
Pedro E. Segarra '85, mayor of the City of Hartford, has been named one of four recipients of a 2013 fellowship from The Urban Land Institute.
According to its Web site, The Urban Land Institute's fellows program "was established in 1996 to enhance the Institute’s role of raising awareness of its mission to provide leadership in the responsible use of land. ULI Fellows explore, research, document and educate ULI members and stakeholders across its global network."
