Description:

This will be a student-led discussion of recent stop and frisk cases out of New York. The conversation will focus on the policy and legal implications of Ligon v. City of New York, Davis v. City of Ne York (Found on LEXIS at Davis V. City of New York, 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 124749 (S>D>N>Y> Aug. 29, 2013)) and Floyd v. City of New York. This is an informal discussion and food will be served.
