Panelists include:

David Lat is the founder and managing editor of AboveTheLaw.com (ATL).  A graduate of Yale Law School, his writing has also appeared in The New York Times, the Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Observer, Washingtonian magazine, and New York Magazine. Prior to ATL he worked as a federal prosecutor in Newark, New Jersey and as a litigation associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York. He clerked for the Honorable Diarmuid O'Scannlain of the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Elie Mystal is an editor of AboveTheLaw.com.  A graduate of Harvard Law School, he has appeared on MSNBC and Fox News, and has written editorials for The New York Times and the New York Daily News. He was formerly a litigator at Debevoise & Plimpton.
