    About the Program:

    Join the Center for Career Development as we host two UConn Law graduates that secured clerkships with the New Jersey Courts and a representative from the court to learn about clerkship opportunities in New Jersey.


    You Will Learn:

    -The process for applying for New Jersey clerkships

    -How to make yourself the most competitive candidate for a clerkship

    -What it is like to work for a New Jersey judge


    Who Should Attend:

    The primary audience is current 2Ls/Class of 2023 who would apply for NJ clerkships starting in mid-June. Class of 22 still seeking can also learn about openings for 2022. The value of this timeframe is that it's a week before the applications open and the HR person can answer questions about the application portal, timeline, etc.
