Caitlin Dougherty is the Assistant Director of Student Affairs. Her responsibilities include developing and implementing law student programming focusing on wellness, diversity, disability services, professionalism, and leadership. She coordinates the department’s daily office operations, plans and organizes departmental events, trainings and workshops, and she arranges classroom/exam accommodations for students. Prior to joining the Law School community, Caitlin worked in Disability Services at The Devereux Glenholme School, a boarding and day school serving students with disabilities and learning differences. In her past position, Caitlin developed programming for students, monitored individual treatment plans and promoted an inclusive, mindful, environment. Caitlin earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut.
