Don Bell
Assistant Director
Center for Career Development
Don serves as an Assistant Director of Career Development, with a focus on public sector and public interest employment, including judicial clerkships. He previously served as the Director of the Black Talent Initiative at the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies. In that role, Don worked directly with job applicants to increase diversity and inclusion among policymakers. He was previously a legal fellow to Sen. Chris Murphy, judiciary staffer to Sen. Richard Blumenthal, and counsel to the U.S. Senate Committee on Veterans’ Affairs. Don is an Honors Scholar graduate of the University of Connecticut and a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law.
