Payroll and Timesheets

Student employees are compensated hourly on a biweekly basis and must submit a student payroll time sheet for each pay period within their employment authorization dates. Sick Leave Policy

Student employees working for UConn are eligible for paid sick leave after completing (680) hours of employment. Upon eligibility, paid sick leave may only be claimed for prescheduled work hours. UConn Student Employee Sick Leave Policy Details »

Student Employment Forms

New and returning student employees are required to complete several forms before beginning work.
