Faculty Experts in Constitutional Law

The analysis and interpretation of the U.S. Constitution and the constitutions of other nations infuse the research, scholarship and teaching of a wide array of experts at the UConn School of Law. They explore constitutional issues involving food law, climate change and children’s rights, policing, evidence and transnational law, among many other intersecting topics. Their teaching creates a strong foundational understanding of the law for their students while their publications expand the boundaries of the scholarly discussion of constitutional law.
