Jessica Probolus
Attorney at Law
Jessica Probolus has spent her career as a criminal prosecutor, at the trial and appellate court levels. She began her career as an assistant district attorney at the Bronx District Attorney’s Office in New York, handling cases from initial complaint through to trial, both bench and jury, and sentencing. Probolus also worked for the Connecticut Chief States Attorney’s Office Appellate Bureau, handling criminal appeals in the Appellate and Supreme courts of Connecticut, and in the Civil Litigation Bureau handling habeas corpus petitions at the trial level. In addition to her prosecutorial experience, she has litigation experience relating to criminal investigations with several Connecticut law firms.
Probolus is currently a member of the Connecticut Client Security Fund board. She has been teaching as an adjunct at the University of Connecticut School of Law since 2018.
Probolus received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arizona and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law. She has also studied International Criminal Law at Trinity College Dublin. Probolus is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York.
