Shirley J. Foster ’21 has joined Spencer Fane LLP’s Las Vegas office as an of counsel attorney in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Foster, who earned an LL.M. in Insurance Law from UConn Law, represents insurance carriers and businesses in complex coverage disputes and high-stakes litigation, drawing on experience in both private practice and the public sector. She previously served as insurance counsel within the Nevada Division of Insurance and as litigation counsel for a major national auto insurer.
