Event Planning
The School of Law Office of Events and Programs supports students, faculty, staff and outside organizations in coordinating meetings, conferences, symposia and other gatherings on the UConn Law campus. Working with the event organizer, the Office of Events and Programs staff will help to plan the event from inception to execution. Adequate notice is required for events so that they can be properly staffed.
UConn Law Faculty, Staff and Students
Faculty, staff and student organizations planning to host an event on the law school campus should consult the event planning guide provided by the Office of Events and Programs.
External Organizations
Organizations from outside the UConn School of Law, including other UConn school and departments, may request approval for an event on the UConn Law campus by submitting a form to the Office of Events and Programs.

Environmental, social, and governance issues have brought the roles and responsibilities of the contemporary business corporation to the forefront of the public agenda and have changed the nature of legal practice. This symposium will gather a select group of leading experts to discuss issues of corporate sustainability and societal impact. It will consist of three panels on topics that lie at the intersection of corporate activity and the public interest: the environment, diversity, and human rights.
