The UConn Law faculty brings deep and broad knowledge of business, corporate and commercial law into the classroom. Their areas of research, scholarship and expertise include banking and financial regulation, administrative law, commercial law, fiscal policy, corporate law and finance, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, insurance law, economics, and many other topics. The courses they teach support certificates in Corporate and Regulatory Compliance, Insurance Law and Regulation, and Transactional Practice.
