Faculty Experts in Criminal Law and Policing

The UConn Law faculty’s expertise in criminal law extends to policing, evidence, criminal procedure, Fourth Amendment law and intersectional topics ranging from the history of public executions to the moral philosophy of criminal responsibility. The teaching and scholarship of the criminal law faculty informs the experience of students in the classroom and the law school’s eminent Criminal Defense Clinic, while the new Center on Community Safety, Policing and Inequality combines scholarship with community engagement to address real-world problems.
