Biography
Rachel Timm is an Associate Clinical Professor of Legal Practice. Professor Timm formerly worked as a Trial Attorney for the Criminal Division’s Organized Crime and Gang Section at the Department of Justice. She joined the Department of Justice through the Attorney General’s Honors Program. During her tenure as a Trial Attorney, she represented the government prosecuting national and transnational criminal organizations in district courts and courts of appeals across the country. Before joining the Department of Justice, Professor Timm clerked for the Hon. Laurie Smith Camp in the District of Nebraska
