Tracy is responsible for the administration and strategic direction of the Center for Career Development at UConn Law. In addition to creating programming for students, she develops, plans and supports formal recruiting programs and builds critical relationships with employers and alumni. She advises JD students in their job search journey utilizing almost two decades of legal experience as a commercial litigator with two AmLaw 100 firms, as well as her tenure as a Judicial Law Clerk to two judges in the Superior Court of New Jersey. Her experience as a Prelaw Advisor and Career Coach at Trinity College also informs her work. Tracy received her JD from Boston University School of Law, cum laude, and her BA in Political Science from Fordham University, magna cum laude.
