Ryan Hoyler ’19 has joined Hinckley Allen as an associate in the firm’s real estate group where he will focus on environmental law, land use, and zoning. Hoyler will join the firm’s Hartford office from Remy Moose Manley, in Sacramento, CA, where he worked closely with developers, engineers, and government agencies to find practical solutions for clients.
