The UConn School of Law’s tax law program is sustained by the deep expertise of leading experts in state and local taxation and in federal tax law. Their scholarship and public speaking covers topics ranging from the taxation of insurance recoveries to tax base inconsistencies and inform the work of academics, jurists, lawmakers and government agencies. Their teaching supports a Tax Certificate program and a Tax Clinic serving low-income taxpayers.
