Mauricio Agudelo is the President of H20 Health Ventures, the investment platform for The Health Benefit Alliance. Agudelo has enjoyed a successful career in law and finance, serving in senior leadership roles in healthcare, investment banking, and in the emerging field of pharmaceutical cannabis. Agudelo has established international private investment funds and raised / deployed capital in Europe, South America, and in the US, and has advised on cross-border Mergers & Acquisitions and private equity transactions in Canada, the Netherlands, and Uruguay.

Agudelo has a BA and BS from the University of Connecticut, a JD from Brooklyn Law School, and an MBA from the Yale School of Management. He also holds a charter from The CFA Institute and is an adjunct professor of Cannabis Law and Private Equity Transactions at The University of Connecticut School of Law.
