Lynn M. Fountain ’04 has been named a partner at Day Pitney LLP. She works in the area of energy and utilities from the firm’s Hartford office. She previously taught courses in renewable energy law and energy regulation and policy at the UConn School of Law and managed the Center for Energy and Environmental Law.

Gottfried ’04 as their new General Counsel, where he will have responsibility over their legal affairs and internal and external legal teams across the world. Before joining Enfinity Global, Gottfried was a partner at Day Pitney LLP, where he specialized in structuring business agreements.
Carla Nascimento Zahner ’04 Nominated to Connecticut Superior Court
Carla Nascimento Zahner ’04 has been nominated to the Connecticut Superior Court. Zahner is currently a partner at Louden, Katz and McGrath, LLC, where she practices family law. She began her legal career working in the insurance industry and subsequently became an attorney for the Child Protection Commission, where she represented indigent parents and children who were the subject of investigations by the Connecticut Department of Children and Families.
Carla I. Zahner ’04 Named Partner
Carla I. Zahner ’04 has been elected Partner at the family law firm Louden, Katz & McGrath LLC. Zahner is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the CBA Family Law Section, and treasurer of the Connecticut Collaborative Divorce Group. In addition, she was appointed as a Connecticut Judicial Family Matters Special Master. In this role, she facilitates settlement conferences between parties in specific types of family law matters.
