Keisha Palmer ’09 Receives Finance Award
Keisha Palmer ’09, a partner at Robinson & Cole LLP, received a 2022 Freda Johnson Trailblazer Award from Northeast Women in Public Finance at a gala on December 6. Palmer is a member of the Business Transactions Group in the firm’s Hartford office.

Elda Sinani ’09 Appointed to Post in Stamford
Elda Sinani ’09 LLM has been has been named director of the Office of Policy and Management for the city of Stamford, Connecticut. She previously worked for the City of Hartford as a project manager, director of administration and director of licenses and inspections.

Wendy Clarke ’09 has been named a partner at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP. Clark’s practice, based in the firm’s Stamford office, focuses on corporate transactions, including domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Foundation Solutions Indemnity Co., the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, and the Securities Advisory Council to the Connecticut Department of Banking.

Marc T. Miller ’09 has joined Neubert, Pepe & Monteith as a principal. Miller is a commercial litigation and real estate attorney with experience in business formation and financing.
Jeffrey Cerio ’09 Named General Counsel at Atomwise
Jeffrey Cerio ’09 has been named general counsel and corporate secretary at Atomwise, a pharmaceutical company that uses artificial intelligence for small molecule drug discovery. Cerio joins Atomwise from Triplet Therapeutics, where he was senior vice president and general counsel.
Connecticut General Assembly names Nick Bombace ’09 Office Director
Nick Bombace ’09 has been selected as the new Office Director of the Legislative Commissioner’s Office of the Connecticut General Assembly. Bombace began working in the Legislative Commissioner’s Office in 2012 and most recently has been the attorney for the Appropriations and Executive and Legislative Nomination Committees.
Evan J. Seeman ’09 Elected to the CBF Fellows Program
Evan J. Seeman ’09 was elected a 2021 Fellow of the Connecticut Bar Foundation (CBF) James W. Cooper Fellows Program. Seeman is Counsel with Robinson+Cole LLP in Hartford, is a member of the Government Relations Committee for the Connecticut Chapter of the American Planning Association, and the immediate past chair for the American Planning Association, Planning & Law Division.
