Justice Andrew McDonald ’91 Approved for Another Term

Justice Andrew McDonald ’91 has been approved for another eight-year term as an Associate Supreme Court Justice. In January of 2013, Governor Dannel Malloy nominated Justice McDonald to be an associate justice of the Connecticut Supreme Court, and he was confirmed by the Connecticut General Assembly later that month. His reappointment was approved on January 14, 2021.

Jomarie T. Andrews ’79 Honored in Top 10 Outstanding Women

Jomarie T. Andrews ’79 has been announced as one of Boston Real Estate Times’ 10 Outstanding Women. Andrews is a partner in Hinckley Allen’s Real Estate Group where her practice currently concentrates on industrial and commercial real estate development projects. The women honored are regarded as key leaders in their fields from architecture to construction and from development to law, brokerage and all other aspects of commercial real estate.

Laurie P. Havanec ’94 Joins CVS Health

Laurie P. Havanec ’94 will join CVS Health’s executive team as Chief People Office. Havanec is an HR industry veteran known for developing people-first strategies that champion growth, innovation and collaboration. She will assume the role on February 8 and she will be responsible for aligning talent strategy and culture initiatives to CVS Health’s business strategy and fostering an inclusive culture.

Radha Mohan ’12 Promoted to Senior Policy Advisor and Counsel

Radha Mohan ’12 has been promoted to Senior Policy Advisor and Counsel at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck. Mohan is a member of the firm’s Government Relations Department. She designs legislative and regulatory strategies in areas related to tax, worker training and education, and labor issues for a diverse set of clients that includes public and private corporations, trade associations, coalitions, health insurers and nonprofits.
