Laurie P. Havanec ’94 will join CVS Health’s executive team as Chief People Office. Havanec is an HR industry veteran known for developing people-first strategies that champion growth, innovation and collaboration. She will assume the role on February 8 and she will be responsible for aligning talent strategy and culture initiatives to CVS Health’s business strategy and fostering an inclusive culture.

Radha Mohan ’12 has been promoted to Senior Policy Advisor and Counsel at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck. Mohan is a member of the firm’s Government Relations Department. She designs legislative and regulatory strategies in areas related to tax, worker training and education, and labor issues for a diverse set of clients that includes public and private corporations, trade associations, coalitions, health insurers and nonprofits.

Jangwon Seo ’97 has been nominated as the new co-CEO of Coway Co., Ltd., a leading environmental home appliances company. Seo served as Chief Investment Officer and Chief Communications Officer at Netmarble Corp. and as the representative of Netmarble Cultural Foundation, and currently serves as CFO at Coway.

John Y. Kahlil ’16 has been named president of the Connecticut School Attorneys Council for 2021. The Connecticut School Attorneys Council is a member group of education attorneys representing public school districts across the state. The council works in collaboration with the Connecticut Association of Boards of Education and the National School Boards Association.
